Content Specialist (Freelance)

Responsibilities:
The incumbent will be responsible in ensuring the highest quality of content produced on all of HotCopy’s assets (website, platform, e-mail, blog and social media). S/he will also be producing, scheduling and uploading all manners of content, which includes writing and editing content produced by other writers, while managing the editorial calendar.

This is job is freelance-based and open to applicants worldwide.

Requirements:

  • Applicant should have an advanced, US/UK-level, native English proficiency with a sharp eye for detail and immaculate writing skills. (Applicants may be asked to take a writing and editing test.)
  • Possess a certification/background in Journalism (or related disciplines) and at least 2 years' experience as a Writer/Copywriter/Editor (or related positions) for print and online mediums.
  • Knowledgeable in SEO (search engine optimization) copywriting and a content marketing enthusiast. (Applicants may be tested on SEO copywriting.)
  • Be self-motivated, a natural high achiever, and keen to become a thought leader in your field.
